Our founder, Phyllis Fitzgerald, has had decades of real estate and property management experience and understands the importance of providing superior customer service. We also value our relationships with our owners and will always work to make sure you are satisfied with our services. CPM will consistently strive to provide high quality, low cost services to our property owners and tenants. We started our business with just a few properties, but through referrals and recommendations of others we have built our business to the point where we now manage over 200 units in the Asheville area.
